The Quality Management System for the Laboratory has been developed and implemented to aid and extend quality in medical diagnostics.

The aspiration of the entire staff of the Laboratory is to deal with patients’ problems in the most advantageous, swift, and comfortable manner. The basic conditions and rules governing the implementation of aims in the realm of quality, set by the Management of the Laboratory, have been described in the Quality Management Paper. That Paper contains information for patients and for the staff, concerning the activities of the Laboratory, carried out to ensure suitable quality for all diagnostic services provided. The Director of the Laboratory and its staff undertake to follow the procedures described in the Quality Management Paper.

By quality we understand complying with the expectations and wishes of the client/contracting party/patient. The quality of services provided by us is of enormous importance for the future of the Laboratory. The Director supports the implementation of training and development activities, aiming at quality enhancement. Implementation and following of quality policy presented here are meant to provide satisfaction of customers, upon whom the future of the Laboratory and satisfaction of our staff depend.

The assumed quality assurance policy aims at obtaining and maintaining an efficient Quality Management System, complying with the requirements of the following norms: PN-EN ISO 9001:2001, PN-EN ISO 17025:2000, and EN ISO 15184.
