The Medical Laboratories Fryda employ over 200 people, a great majority of whom are professionals, technicians, diagnosticians, specialists grade I and II in microbiology and analysis, also people with doctor’s degrees and MDs.

Each employee of the Company undergoes training related to her/his position, as well as in the procedures of quality assurance system. Employees are also eligible for external trainings in specific areas.

The Medical Laboratories Fryda co-finance the enhancement of the personnel qualifications, like specialisations or post-graduate studies.
